I’m back from the Cornerstone Music Festival where I not only djed, but ran the Afterhours Dance Club stage. There’s a lot to talk about regarding the whole trip. Overall, this year was a success, but it was also plagued by some technical and amatuerish problems.
Regardless, it was a blast. We handed out another batch of Afterhours CDs, hung out with people we hadn’t seen in a year and built a community. When it comes to Cornerstone, it’s that community that is probably the most important. I can’t really explain it to anyone, you just have to experience it. Where else can you find the Christian hippie hanging out with the Christian preppie?
Anyway, for the first time ever, we managed to record all of the audio from the Afterhours stage. We’ll be posting it up on Tastyfresh.com next month across 4 podcasts. That means you’ll have about 18 hours of audio to listen to. This will be uncut and unedited as well so… when we screwed up, you’ll hear it.
