Well, it’s been a busy summer for me. First, there’s always the day job and family aspects of everything and this summer was no exception. Work has had me slammed with big project after big project. It’s a miracle that I’m still even standing right now. I do have bronchitis though.
Musically however, things have been rockin’. First there was Afterhours 2009. Once again I was up in the cornfields of Illinois with some of the top DJS in the world who just also happen to be Christians. Tim Richards and Joel Armstrong were a major part of this year’s festivities. Greg “Stryke” Chin was on the list, but Air Tran had other plans for him. The highlight of the summer for me however was seeing some of my hard work in the studio pay off. To this effect, I had 4 releases this summer: an EP, two singles and a remix. As some of you may know, my life has been a bit too busy for production work over the past year or so. Things have freed up quite a bit and my new studio is a much more conducive environment for my style of creativity.
